Cancellation Policy
At Hotel Kasturi, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. All Bookings
100% of the total amount will be charged as advance payment for confirmation of booking.
2. Cancellation charge
(I) 10% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BEFORE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE.
(II) 20% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BEFORE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE.
(III) 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING MADE BEFORE 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE.
(IV) NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED FOR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE CHECK-IN DATE.
3. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.
Service charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Modifications
Date modifications are subject to room availability and may attract revised rates. Any modification request must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, the hotel reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation policy at its discretion.
